Is the Stoop Sale happening at the studio?

This year we are holding the Stoop Sale virtually through our website. We hope we can do this in person next year!

Shipping & Returns

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Please contact us at stoopsale@gowanusstudio.org if the item arrives damaged and we will coordinate with you to file for an insurance claim with the shipping company.

What if the item is not as I expected or I am unhappy with my purchase?

Please make sure to reference the product descriptions for details and contact stoopsale@gowanusstudio.org with any further questions. All items are sold “as is.”

How long will it take for my purchase to ship?

Processing time may take up to 2 weeks. Once your package ships we will send you a notification email with tracking information. Please allow for additional time for your item to arrive. We are a small, member-run organization and we appreciate your patience and support! Contact us at stoopsale@gowanusstudio.org with any questions.

Do you offer a pickup option?

Yes! We are happy to coordinate pickup from our studio in Gowanus. You will need to coordinate a time that works with the individual studio member selling your item or our Shipping Manager and pick it up within six weeks from the date of purchase.

*Not all items are available for a studio pickup, and will be noted on their product page if this isn’t an option.

Do you ship internationally?

We can accommodate international shipping. Please contact us at stoopsale@gowanusstudio.org and we can work with you to figure out a shipping solution.

Charitable Status

Is my purchase/donation tax-deductible?

Please consult with your tax advisor on charitable giving and tax implications of the item purchased.

Can I get a receipt for my donation?

Yes, we will provide a written acknowledgement of receipt of your donation.
